It’s been said that a man cannot live by golf alone. The same can be said of The Greenside Grille at the South Shore Country Club. While the restaurant enjoys steady and reliable business from golfers throughout the year, ownership also recognized the need to maintain a clientele base more interested in picking up a fork than a club.
When they began planning a redesign of the interior design, the Greenside Grille approached GrayMatter about redesigning their brand as a whole.
The goal was to maintain the obvious connection to the country club and golf as a whole, while creating an allure to non-golfers who appreciate good food in an upscale pub environment.
We brought the new brand to life in everything from menu design and signage to a new website, print and digital campaign and and on-going social media campaign.
